Cannabis NB offers a 14-day Exchange Policy on product purchases made in-store or online. 

 To qualify for exchange, a product must: 

  1. be in the original packaging, un-opened and/or un-used; Or 
  2. have a defect when you received it. 

To request an exchange, you must have an active account with Cannabis-NB.com.  

Within 14 days of your purchase, please bring your proof of purchase and the product(s) to the nearest Cannabis NB store location for evaluation by a Cannabis NB team member.
