Cannabis seeds can only be legally purchased at a Cannabis NB store, online at www.cannabis-nb.com or from a list of approved and certified farmgate stores and private retailers. To view a list of legal private retailers in NB visit Private Retail / Détaillant Privé (cannabis-nb.com). Any other store or website selling cannabis in New Brunswick is illegal.(Note: The exception to this is medical patients who may register with and purchase directly from a licensed producer)
