“How must a person of age legally transport cannabis and accessories from one place to another inside the province? An example being driving from CNB to home, or from one private dwelling to another. Would I have to have it in the trunk of my car? Or could I put the child proof container in a glove box? ”

Within the Cannabis Control Act of New Brunswick, it does not prescribe a particular way you must transport your cannabis purchase within your vehicle. You are not allowed to consume it there, while on a highway or roadway, so you will want to make sure there could be no confusion that this would have occurred. The maximum possession rules would also apply, of 30g Dried Flower Equivalent per person, when you are transporting it.
