“How much non-flower cannabis product can I legally purchase at once?”
The amount that can be legally purchased at once is restricted to the amount that an individual is allowed to publicly carry. That amount is based on a “Dried Flower Equivalent”, or DFE, of 30 grams. Every product will have a DFE value assigned to it – even beverages and every type of concentrated cannabis. The DFE total for any given purchase must not exceed 30 grams.
When purchasing in a Cannabis NB store or when ordering online at cannabis-nb.com, the DFE will be calculated automatically at time of purchase. So, there is no need to worry about purchasing a quantity of these new products that would take you over that DFE limit, in a single transaction.
