“Can I order cannabutter online?”

At this time (Dec 2018), all edibles are yet to be legalized for sale in Canada. However, there is an expectation that these will get passed into federal law at some point in the second half of 2019. Once legalized, Cannabis NB will work with our suppliers to offer as broad an array as available, both within our stores and on our website.

My landlord has requested I do not consume cannabis on the property where I rent my apartment, whether it be inside or outside, away from the building, etc. Is he legally allowed to prohibit smoking or consumption outside of the building?
